La Luna & Me
Ever wondered why emotions are heightened at certain times of the month, or your senses are tingling that little bit stronger, sleeping patterns are off or maybe you just feel flat or over stimulated. Well.... We can thank La Luna for this; she is the ruler over water, and we are made up of 50-75% water. The Moon herself has a deep connection to Mother Earth and our spiritual work.
Each Full Moon has different meanings behind it; but not only that each phase does as well. We mostly use the New Moon and Full Moon for spell work or manifestation; but did you know all cycles can help amplify spell work in their own way.
Let's dive into the eight phases of La Luna.......
New Moon- New Beginnings
It's time to manifest, clear energy and start planning for the cycle ahead. This is the perfect time for self-care and self-love.

Herbs- Lavender, Rue & Juniper Berry
Waning Crescent- Surrender
