The Morrigan is one of the well-known Celtic goddesses. She represents feminine strength, power and wisdom. Known also as The Phantom Queen and the goddess of death; she would also guide warriors in battle and then onto victory.
She gets her name The Phanton Queen because she was a shape shifter; her most famous transformation would be into a crow or raven

Legend has it, The Morrigan would fly ahead of the warriors going into battle to guide them and show them the dangers of the battle ahead.
She would also shape shift into an older witch and into their warrior queen who was very curvaceous.
The Morrigan was the name given to the trio of sisters; Badb, Macha & Nemain they were believed to represent the Celtic Triple Goddess.
